		21 at lunch today with speaker and guest Jon Read who submitted a membership application. While the pot is growing it was depleted by 7 dollars by Rosa and Bill Becker got the attendance award.  Tom Davids San Carlos Mayor - talked about his 18 years in city service and mostly about the city budget in general- where the money comes from and how it is spent and how changes have to be made to adjust for the revenue changes that occur. There are 141 employees on the payroll down from the recent 121 count. Til we wade once more     Ron D
