Kay Gets 15 year Pin
16 at lunch today including the speaker. Pot was $318 and Rosalie Becker  picked the Ace of Hearts (Huh Bill again ) and I - Ron  got the attendance award.  Richard Gordon County Board of Supervisors talked about country fiscal status and of the ways and means of balancing the budget now and in the coming future.  Covered also was the possible solutions for the County prison over crowding.  Solutions were: release early, build new  facilities, or ship to another state for incarceration.  All three had their problems and there seemed to be no easy solution.  One thing that is being done is the new facility that will focus helping with a rehabilitant and training solution, one that gives the one being released a way of not getting into the approach that got them into prison.
