Joffe, Chief Executive Officer of The Childrens Health Council talked of all the programs the agency assists and gave some alarming statistics on some of the ages and counts of children in need. Focusing mainly on Autisiun and bi-polar disorders. He told of a spike in the autisium and that it has increased dramatically and that it hits boys to girls by 5 to 1, and how "bi-polor" definitions is expanding to many categories. He is a very enthused and exciting speaker and all were fixed on his talk. The center programs and his talk covered so much that I couldn't begin to cover it all.
