18 at lunch including the speaker.   The pot is still unspeakable and Phil did not get picked again. Donna Cesarin was the lucky one and got $10. Coralin Feierback - Belmont City Mayor- talked about some plans that the city is considering for the area around Safeway at El Camino, she had several graphic posters to illustrate those plans. Another subject she talked about was the no-smoking ordinance they just passed that will go into effect on Nov 9 2007 and passed out a summary of that ordinance. There were many points of discussion on the non-smoking ordinance.
